The sound of classic studio optical compression of the 60's and 70's at your feet! The first compressor pedal not to suck the life out of your tone. Operation is fairly straightforward. There are two inputs on the front side of the unit: a 1/4" input jack on the right and a 1/4" output jack on the left with a battery-ground switch on the input jack. There are two controls on the unit: compress and volume, plus a foot switch to bypass the effect, and an LED to indicate effect operation. On the side there is a trim pot to set the overall gain of the unit. Compress affects the amount of gain reduction (compression) of the input signal. Turning this clock wise will give you up to 30dB of gain reduction (depending on input gain). Please note that the Compulators max gain is 26dB (see Trim Pot) so in some circumstances if your instrument is very hot you could achieve less than unity gain if you turn up the compress knob too much. Volume increases and decreases the output volume of the Compulator. Use this for level matching between the effected and unaffected signal. Trim pot sets the gain of the compressor's pre-amplifier. If distortion occurs turn this down until the signal is clean. The unit is set at the factory at 20dB of gain which is perfect for most instruments. If you have weaker pickups or want to push the envelope turn it up to its max gain 26dB. Power supply: 9 volts DC. Either external or internal. For internal power, use a 9 volt battery. To access, remove the four screws on the sides of the unit and pull apart. Note: battery must have at least 7 volts for unit to work! External power supply using mini plug, tip positive, 9 volt DC regulated (100 milliamp or more).

Henretta Engineering is the creation of long-time gigging guitar player and tinkerer, Kevin Henretta. In 2009, armed with a formal background in hard sciences and years of industrial experience as a design engineer, Kevin set out to make a distortion pedal that gave him warm sustained saturation without sacrificing attack and feel. That resulted in the Choad Blaster (also named Chord Blaster), which has gain recognition for its unique sound, responsiveness, and versatility. The following year, Kevin attempted what seemed like an impossible task at the time and ultimately created the Orange Whip compressor, a hand-made, all-analog compressor circuit housed in the tiny 2” x 2” boxes players had been using for auxiliary tap tempo switches. This started a line of small no-knob pedals and initiated a set-and-forget utilitarian design philosophy that addresses the worry of complicated pedal board setup, removes the distraction of obsessive on-the-fly adjustments, and refocuses players’ attention onto the instrument - the guitar. Currently in 2015, Henretta Engineering is still developing its line of no-knob pedals while also releasing the occasional “traditional” pedal that still embodies the simplicity and utility for which the brand has become known.

The Floor Board has two main modes of operation: Channel Select and Effect On/Off. Effect On/Off gives you instant direct access to your Digital Guitar Amplifier System's effects. Step on one of the sturdy steel Effect On/Off switches and the amp instantly responds by turning that effect on or off, just like a classic effect stomp box. Red lights above each Effect On/Off switch show you whether an individual effect is On (light on) or Off (light off) so you can see the details of your Channel's setup at a glance.
The Floor Board's two built-in continuous pedals control the Wah and Volume effects of the Digital Guitar Amplifier System. The Wah Pedal includes a toe-down on/off switch just like a classic wah pedal, and its tone is modeled after* a vintage Vox™ wah for a very musical, expressive sound. The audio signal from your guitar doesn't go through the Floor Board - these are just remote controls for the Digital Guitar Amplifier System's processing. That means the guitar signal always stays inside the amp and in the digital domain, safe from the kind of hum and interference that you can get when using traditional pedals on-stage.
The Floor Board gives you the same Tap Tempo control of effect times as you get from your Digital Guitar Amplifier System. With the AX2, Tap Tempo controls the speed, or tempo, of your delay effects. Just tap a couple of times on the TAP TEMPO stomp switch. Now the individual echoes of your delay will happen in time to the tempo you just tapped on the switch. You can store the new delay time with the Channel if you like, so that it will be recalled the next time you choose that Channel. With a Flextone, POD, or Spider the Floor Board Tap Tempo control can also be used to set the speed of your other effects, just like the Tap Tempo button on the Flextone top panel.

This TC Electronic Vortex Flanger Guitar Effects Pedal will take you from a classic flange sound to a 747 taking off! Vortex Flanger allows you to toggle between a classic flange or a through zero tape-flange plus a custom TonePrint of your choice, while the Speed, Depth, Feedback and Delay-Time controls give you a creative and expansive palette of tonal options.
Vortex Flanger is built with guitarists in mind; so it features a small footprint, easy-access battery hatch and is built with the highest-grade components. Vortex Flanger has a true bypass design, and features analog-dry-through.
This pedal ranges from a brain twisting through-zero-flange tape echo over more contemporary sounds to an all-out flange-war, which ensures you will always be able to find the appropriate flange for the job at hand. Vortex Flanger's through-zero option also gives you the ability to get both a negative and a positive effect to your flange sounds, while the other options allow you to go from a classic tube-type flanger to a more soft sounding tape flanger. The knobs allow you to set the speed of the modulation, but also the depth and the intensity, giving you a set of well-rounded controls. You are also able to set the delay time, which is they key to finetuning the effect, no matter if you're going for subtle flanging or more extreme jet flanging sounds. Finally, the Feedback knob allows you to feed the modulated signal back into the pedal, which basically gives you more of everything that's so cool about flanging.

Via a simple USB-connection, TonePrint allows you to download custom tunings made by your favorite guitarists straight into your pedal, easy, free and fast. The pedal has a volume, gain, bass, treble, top cut and boost level controls (with separate stomp activation) as well as a gain switch to replicate the differing overdrive patterns of the AC30 and AC15.
