The original M-20 was the first guitar off the production line in 1967 when manufacturing was based in Hoboken, New Jersey. Today, the M series are an iconic piece of the Guild name—manufactured in Oxnard, California in a state-of-the-art facility. The M-25E expands on the M-20, featuring added appointments and a gloss finished top and headstock. This concert size acoustic guitar is built with a solid mahogany top, back, and sides. It features a rosewood bridge and fingerboard, and bone nut and saddle. The M-25E’s updated appointments include a fully bound body, a vintage style rosette, Guild’s peak logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl on the headstock, gloss nitrocellulose top and headstock with satin body and neck, and an exquisite California Burst finish. Each M-25E comes with a hand-signed, numbered certificate of authenticity, and ships with a hardshell case. Available in California Burst with LR Baggs Element VTC pickup.

Hb-2+ Humbucker Pickups
The HB-2+ pickups are modern extensions of the coveted Guild HB-1 oversized humbuckers, built in a traditional size humbucker with Alnico V magnets. These hot-wound HB-2+ pickups bring an assortment of boutique quality tones with loads of character and voice. The Polara Deluxe has traditional Guild pickup covers featuring Guild’s classic dual rail design, with 2x volume, 2x tone controls and push/pull coil splitting for maximum tonal variety.

Originally debuting in 1967, shortly after the single-pickup version, the Starfire Bass II quickly garnered a following that included Jack Casady (Jefferson Airplane) and Phil Lesh (Grateful Dead). The recent addition of the BiSonic BS-1 neck pickup has expanded tonal options, giving bassists a warm, smooth sound for added flexibility. Individual volume, tone, and master volume knobs, along with and a pickup selector switch, allow for a variety of sonic options.
