The Les Paul Music City Special - 50th Anniversary is an updated, modern twist on two historical Gibson models, taking much of its inspiration from the 70s-era Marauder that was designed by Bill Lawrence, with a touch of the Music City Jr. in its DNA. Over the years, the Marauder has been used by artists from Adam Jones to Paul Stanley. This unique commemorative model pays tribute to the early days of Gibson's Nashville production and celebrates Gibson's 50 years of producing world-class guitars in Music City while delivering outstanding value to modern players. The lightweight, contoured body is solid poplar. The maple neck has a fast-playing and comfortable Slim Taper ™ profile and is equipped with a striped ebony fretboard that is adorned with acrylic dot inlays and outfitted with 22 medium jumbo frets. The 12" fretboard radius makes first-position chords and string bends higher up the fretboard equally effortless. The hardware is chrome-plated, including the Nashville Tune-O-Matic ™ bridge, aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece Grover® Mini Rotomatic® tuners, and output jack plate cover. A black 5-ply pickguard holds two Gibson 70s Tribute humbucker ™ pickups, which are wired to an intuitive and comfortable control layout consisting of master volume and master tone controls with black Top Hat knobs and a three-way pickup selector toggle switch. A premium soft shell case is included to keep the Les Paul Music City Special - 50th Anniversary safe when stored or in transport. The Les Paul Music City Special - 50th Anniversary is available in Ebony, Wine Red, and Tobacco Burst gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finishes, and each has a commemorative 50th Anniversary truss rod cover. The Les Paul Music City Special - 50th Anniversary model is limited to only 500 instruments in each of the three colors, so make sure you get your favorite while you still can!

Epiphone's long friendship with Mr. Les Paul began in 1940 when Les built one of the world's first solidbody electric guitars while working nights at the original Epiphone factory in Manhattan. Les' first solid body guitar, nicknamed "the Log," would go on to inspire the Les Paul™ Standard, which many consider the greatest electric guitar ever made. The Les Paul Standard 60s models from the Epiphone Inspired by Gibson™ Collection recreate the look, feel, and sound of the early 1960s-era Les Pauls. They feature a mahogany body with a maple cap, and the models with translucent finishes have an added AAA flame maple veneer visible through the finish for that classic "flame top" look. The mahogany neck sports a laurel fretboard with pearloid trapezoid inlays, 22 medium jumbo frets, and a fast-playing 60s Slim Taper™ profile. The headstock is equipped with quality Grover® Rotomatic® tuning machines and a Graph Tech® nut for rock-solid tuning stability, so you can spend more time playing and less time tuning. The Les Paul Standard 60s is powered by a perfectly balanced set of Epiphone's acclaimed Probucker™ pickups, with a Probucker 2 in the neck position and a slightly hotter Probucker 3 in the bridge, and each pickup is wired to its own individual set of volume and tone controls that feature CTS® potentiometers. Available in a variety of attractive finish colors and packaged in a Premium Gig Bag, the Epiphone Les Paul Standard 60s is a great way to enjoy an authentic Les Paul playing experience at an accessible price.

Although introduced in 1954 as a more affordable option for students and beginners, the Les Paul™ Junior has gained a reputation among seasoned professionals for its raw, unfiltered tone. Its single-cutaway, slab mahogany body delivers punchy midrange and impressive sustain, with a single dogear P-90 delivering biting, articulate sound that responds dynamically to your playing style. With its simplified master volume and tone controls, simplicity is the name of the game—just plug in, dial up your tone, and unleash classic rock, blues, or punk riffs without any fuss.
At the heart of the Les Paul Junior’s design is a mahogany neck with a fat, 50s Vintage profile that gives players a substantial yet comfortable feel perfect for everything from big chordal strums to intricate lead work. The 22-fret rosewood fingerboard has a 12” radius, making string bends smooth and fretting easy at every position. A Wraparound bridge anchors the strings, ensuring rock-solid intonation and sustain despite its no-frills aesthetic. Together with the P-90, this setup delivers tones ranging from warm cleans to crunchy overdrive with just a twist of the volume knob.
True to its heritage, the Les Paul Junior’s minimalist design is a reminder that less really can be more. Its lightweight construction provides a comfortable playing experience, whether you’re jamming at home or hitting the stage for a high-energy set. And while the original was designed with beginners in mind, the modern Les Paul Junior has captured the hearts of countless professionals seeking that signature grit and clarity.
Loaded with vintage charm and workhorse reliability, the iconic Les Paul Junior puts authentic tone and effortless playability above all else, just as it has for nearly 70 years.

The story of “Greeny” is shrouded in mystery, but few guitars are as illustrious. Greeny is one of the most iconic original Les Paul™ Standards ever made, with a unique sound as recognizable as the guitar itself. Previously owned by Peter Green, it was used throughout his time with Fleetwood Mac and later sold to Gary Moore, who used it for three decades with Thin Lizzy and as a solo artist. Now owned by Kirk Hammett, Greeny has passed through the hands of three legendary guitarists. Its distinctive sound is partly from the out-of-phase middle switch position due to the neck pickup’s reversed magnetic polarity. The Epiphone Kirk Hammett "Greeny" Les Paul Standard is a collaboration between Epiphone and the Gibson Custom Shop. This exceptional guitar was inspired by Kirk's legendary original and allows players around the world the opportunity to experience some of the magic of "Greeny" for themselves. It features premium components, including Gibson USA Greenybucker pickups with the neck pickup reverse mounted and complete with a reverse polarity magnet, a Switchcraft® pickup selector and 1/4" output jack, CTS® potentiometers, Mallory™ capacitors, and Grover® Rotomatic® tuners with spade-style buttons on a Gibson-style “open book” headstock. The Les Paul™ Junior was first introduced in 1954 during Gibson’s first Golden Era. It was designed as an affordable, high-quality, solidbody electric guitar option suitable for students and beginners. Compared to the standard Les Paul models of the early and mid-1950s, the Les Paul Junior was stripped down to the essentials, with the carved maple top, fretboard and body top binding, second pickup and its controls, and the more ornate decorative features of the Les Paul Standard removed, leaving a slab mahogany body and single pickup-equipped model that could be priced more attractively for beginners. However, it wasn’t long before players of all levels of experience and ability, including many professional musicians, discovered the magic of this erstwhile “student model” and began to utilize it on recordings and stages worldwide, performing in a broad range of musical genres. Famous Les Paul Junior players include Leslie West of Mountain, Martin Barre of Jethro Tull, Charlie Starr of Blackberry Smoke, Glenn Frey of the Eagles, Johnny Thunders, John Lennon, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, and Steve Howe, among others. The appeal? The Les Paul Junior’s outward simplicity disguises the wealth of tonal options available from the single pickup, volume control, and tone control; by varying where you place the picking hand, as well as the settings on the master volume and tone knobs, you can coax a surprisingly wide range of different, and very cool, tones out of a Junior.

The Les Paul Standard 60s Double Trouble delivers all of the features and performance of our regular Les Paul™ Standard 60s models but with even more vintage appeal. These limited-run Les Paul models differ from our standard Les Paul Standard 60s models in two respects. First, the Burstbucker™M 61R and Burstbucker 61T humbucker™M pickups are left uncovered, and each has Double Classic White bobbins and is fitted with the standard Alnico 5 magnets. The second difference is in the finish. The finish colors are "Vintage" variations on our standard nitrocellulose lacquer finishes. Our standard gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finishes represent the finishes on brand-new models from the 1950s, while the full-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer Vintage finishes on the Les Paul Standard 60s Double Trouble models are slightly faded when compared to the standard versions, like the subtly faded light vintage aging that occurs over several years. The burst patterns vary somewhat from guitar to guitar since each is individually hand-sprayed.
Of course, all of the standard features that make the Les Paul Standard 60s models so widely loved are all still here, including a solid, non-weight-relieved mahogany body with an AA figured maple top and a Slim Taper™ profile mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, and trapezoid inlays. The Les Paul Standard 60s Double Trouble is equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic ™ bridge, an aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Grover® Rotomatic® tuners with Kidney buttons, and gold Top Hat knobs with silver reflectors and dial pointers. The uncovered Burstbucker™M 61R (neck) and Burstbucker 61T (bridge) pickups are internally the same as their standard Burstbucker counterparts, with the exception of the Double Classic White bobbins. They are handcrafted in the Gibson Pickup Shop, loaded with Alnico 5 magnets, and hand-wired with audio taper potentiometers and Orange Drop® capacitors. The Double Classic White pickup bobbins and Vintage finishes combine to give the Les Paul Standard 60s Double Trouble an elegant vintage vibe. While they have a vintage-style finish and an accessible price, production is limited to only 500 guitars in each color, meaning there's limited availability, so act fast and get your favorite now while you still can!

Born Iris Coleen Summers on July 7 , 1924 , Mary Ford was an accomplished guitarist, vocalist , and actress who was among the biggest recording artists of the early 1950s. Through her career in country music and her connections with Gene Autry and Eddie Dean , she developed a musical partnership with Gibson icon Les Paul that led to their marriage in 1949. In 1951 alone , the duo sold over six milion records, and between 1950 and 1954, they recorded a string of 16 top-ten hits that showcased Mary's rich, smooth voice, complex, perfectly executed harmonies that she sang along with herself through multi-track recording and overdubbing (a groundbreaking recording technique for the time), and versatile guitar playing that seamlessly blended country, jazz, and pop. In 1951, Mary and Les influenced the design of the ES-295 hollowbody with a custom order, which Mary often used. In 1958, it is believed that one Les Paul Goldtop model with an ES-295-style floral pickguard and matching armrest was made at the request of Mary Ford. Now, Gibson is proud to release the Mary Ford Les Paul Standard, based on that one-of-a-kind original. The Goldtop finish is accented by a Vintage Cherry back - rarity for a goldtop model. In addition to the cream and gold floral pickguard and armrest, it also features a mahogany body with a maple cap, mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard and SlimTaper profile, and is powered by a pair of Burstbucker pickups, with a Burstbucker 2 in the neck position and a Burstbucker 3 in the bridge position. A hardshell case completes this offering that honors one of the most beloved and innovative artists of the 20th century.

The Les Paul Standard 60s Double Trouble delivers all of the features and performance of our regular Les Paul™M Standard 60s models but with even more vintage appeal. These limited-run Les Paul models differ from our standard Les Paul Standard 60s models in two respects. First, the Burstbucker™M 61R and Burstbucker 61T humbucker™ pickups are left uncovered, and each has Double Classic White bobbins and is fitted with the standard Alnico 5 magnets. Of course, all of the standard features that make the Les Paul Standard 60s models so widely loved are all still here, including a solid, non-weight-relieved mahogany body with an A figured maple top and a Slim Taper ™ profile mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, and trapezoid inlays. The Les Paul Standard 60s Double Trouble is equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic™ bridge, an aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Grover® Rotomatic® tuners with Kidney buttons, and gold Top Hat knobs with silver reflectors and dial pointers. The uncovered Burstbucker™ 61R (neck) and Burstbucker 61T (bridge) pickups are internally the same as their standard Burstbucker counterparts, with the exception of the Double Classic White bobbins.
