“I don’t just like the newest version of my guitar, I love it. With these new pickups, I can move from a strong bridge pickup to a very clear, “whoopy” neck pickup – you can hear every note – by just setting the mini-toggles and using the 3-way as normal. It’s a highly musical and very usable setup. This guitar has clear, spanky single coils when you split the pickups but a very full soapbar quality when they are in humbucking mode. It’s just beautiful.” - Paul Reed Smith
Historically, the Paul’s Guitar (like the Modern Eagle before it) has been a realization of Paul Reed Smith’s latest discoveries surrounding tone. Paul specified every appointment of this instrument from the wood selection and inlay design to the pickups. This revamped model represents Paul’s vision not only as a guitar maker but as a guitar player who needs versatile stage- and studio-ready gear that can achieve all the right tones. As a man who has every option available to him, Paul’s personal design choices include mahogany bodies with maple tops, Honduran rosewood fretboards, Nitrocellulose finishes, “Brushstroke” bird inlays, and narrow pickup bobbins. The Paul’s Guitar model also includes PRS’s TCI (Tuned Capacitance and Inductance) treble and bass pickups with two mini-toggle switches that allow players to put either or both pickups in either humbucking or true single coil mode.

The S2 McCarty 594 Thinline is an all-mahogany, thin-body guitar with a powerful voice. Whether you are looking for authentic humbucking tones or nuanced, sweet single-coil sounds, the S2 McCarty 594 Thinline can seamlessly master both sonic territories thanks to its Maryland, USA-made 58/15 LT pickups and dual volume and push/pull tone controls.
The S2 McCarty 594 Thinline is addictive to play, thanks in part to its all-mahogany body, versatile control layout, and bound 22-fret Pattern Thin neck. The distinctive, powerful voice is backed by modern construction, so it plays in tune, stays in tune, and is intonated the entire length of the neck. A zinc two-piece bridge and vintage-style tuners anchor this guitar and stay true to the promise of the McCarty family.
Designed to capture the heart of the McCarty family of instruments and stay true to the S2 Series spirit, the S2 McCarty 594 Thinline stands on its own as a gig-ready workhorse for the player who wants to cover a lot of musical ground.
After ten years, the PRS S2 Series is being updated with USA-made pickup and electronics for 2024 (and beyond). We are proud to bring this added value to what has become a fully integrated part of our manufacturing line and product offering. We have also updated our Vintage-Style tuners to include a new “Wing” button. While, aesthetically, these new buttons are designed to echo the 12th fret bird wingspan design, they were first and foremost designed for tonal reasons. Because these buttons are lighter weight than their metal predecessors, they are subtracting less energy from the vibrating strings, thus helping the guitar ring longer and at a more musical note. The removal of the tuner’s locking feature on non-tremolo-equipped guitars further decreases their weight.

The PRS SE Swamp Ash Special is a unique offering in the growing PRS SE Series. With a swamp ash body and 22-fret maple neck with maple fretboard, the SE Swamp Ash Special is a fresh face and versatile voice.
The 85/15 “S” pickups flank a PRS-Designed AS-01 Single Coil “S” pickup in the middle position. Paired with a push-pull tone control and 3-way pickup switch, this pickup/electronics package gives players an array of sounds to enjoy, and the addition of PRS’s patented tremolo adds a touch more versatility. The overall tone of the PRS SE Swamp Ash Special offers tight low- end, bright but mellow high-end, and a welcome twangy tone that can reach “hot country,” blues, and even jazz territory.

Celebrating The One That Started It All
Introducing the 40th Anniversary Custom 24 Limited Edition, celebrating four decades of PRS Guitars. Limited to 400 pieces worldwide, this special edition features both tra- ditional design features and new appointments, making it an essential piece for serious musicians and collectors alike.
Built on the tried-and-true foundation of a mahogany back and neck with artist grade maple top, the 40th Anniversary Custom 24 boasts a retro violin top carve, PRS “Old School” birds with outlines, and PRS “Pre-Factory” headstock eagle, all of which pay homage to early PRS guitars. Outside of these aesthetic attributes, the 40th Anniversary Custom 24 is looking ahead with its all-new PRS DMO Treble and Bass pickups. DMO pick- ups (DMO standing for Dynamic, Musical, Open) were spec’d by Paul Reed Smith and the PRS New Products Engineering team to have a wide open sound with vocal character. Other classic Custom 24 appointments include the PRS Gen III patented tremolo, PRS Phase III locking tuners with wing buttons, and PRS Signature 10-46 strings. This limited edition also features a ziricote fretboard and headstock veneer.
This commemorative run kicks off a year-long 40th Anniversary celebration for PRS Guitars. Only 400 of this 40th Anniversary Custom 24 Limited Edition will be available. Hand-signed 40th Anniversary certificate included.

Greek for “ruler” or “lord,” the PRS Archon is a commanding 2-channel amp with versatile overdriven tones and sparkling cleans with plenty of headroom. Designed with five gain stages before the master volume, the Archon’s lead channel is voiced to cover everything from Classic Rock to Metal with full, lush distortion. The clean channel provides rich tones that retain clarity even at high volume, and there is ample headroom, creating an excellent platform for pedals. The Archon has remarkably responsive tone with incredible note separation, whether you’re playing on the clean channel or chugging on the lead.
The PRS Archon is powered by 6L6 tubes, offering full, articulate tone with smooth high end and tight low end. They chug, distort, and get heavy without over-saturating, and they sing without becoming harsh. The 1x12 combo features a single Celestion V-type speaker, offering full, extended lows and sweet midrange. The compactness and portability of a “grab and go” combo design is also great for players who bring their amp along to rehearsals, studio time, and gigs.
Utilizing a ‘no flash or trash’ approach, the Archon’s control layout allows for detailed and intuitive tone shaping. Each channel features volume, treble, middle, bass, and master volume controls as well as a bright switch. The 3-band EQ lets players better dial-in their desired tone, while the volume and master controls work together to command the amp’s distortion and loudness. The bright switch acts almost as a treble boost, putting a shine on the amp’s high-end without going into icepick territory. The global presence and depth controls in the Archon’s power amp section both work to modify the feedback network of the amp to unleash the potential of the high- and low-end respectively. Turning up the Presence control releases more high- mid and treble frequencies, bringing the amp’s tone forward. Depending on the tone stack and volume settings, the Presence can change the gain/ texture and loudness of the high-end, making your tone wilder and more 3-dimensional (or more “present” sounding). In addition to adding low-end, Depth adds a resonance to those frequencies that more 3-dimensionally shapes the Archon’s tone.
Bottom Line: The Archon 50 delivers full, lush gain, a remarkable clean channel, and a versatile control layout that players of all genres will appreciate. Available as a 50-watt head or 1x12 combo.

The PRS Custom 24 “Birds of a Feather” Limited Edition celebrates one of PRS’s most defining guitar models. Limited to just 360 pieces, it features the PRS Birds of a Feather inlay – previously available only through Private Stock. This distinctive interpretation of PRS’s iconic bird inlays was designed by Director of Manufacturing and head of Private Stock, Paul Miles, ten years ago. Pairing this striking inlay with the Custom 24 transforms this versatile instrument into a true statement piece.
This limited edition delivers the wide-open tonal character and effortless playability that made the original a modern classic, while the Birds of a Feather inlay elevates it to an instrument equally suited to the stage, studio, or private collection.
“I wanted to design an inlay that was simple and easy to read from across the room or on a stage but was also uniquely PRS. I have always been fascinated with inlay work and PRS has afforded me the opportunity to see the evolution from hand cut shell to intricate CNC work. For me, this was a new way of looking at inlay design, using the woods to create movement and space,” said Paul Miles, Director of Manufacturing.
The Custom 24 Birds of a Feather Limited Edition retains everything players love about the Custom 24 model: a figured maple top, mahogany back, 25” scale length, 24 frets, PRS Gen III tremolo, and dynamic PRS DMO pickups. These pickups offer exceptional clarity, balance, and vocal response, while the 5-way blade switch provides a broad range of humbucking and single-coil-inspired tones for virtually any musical setting. The Pattern Thin mahogany neck offers a fast, familiar feel, while PRS Phase III locking tuners and the patented Gen III tremolo ensure remarkable tuning stability and resonance.
More than a commemorative instrument, the Custom 24 Birds of a Feather Limited Edition is a celebration of craftsmanship, identity, and the enduring spirit of the guitar that started it all.
Only 360 pieces will be produced worldwide in 2026.

The Custom 24 is the original PRS. Since its introduction, it has offered a unique option for serious players and defined PRS tone and playability.
Played by internationally touring artists, gigging musicians, and aspiring players, the Custom 24 features a figured maple top and mahogany back with a 24-fret, 25” scale length mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard. Anchored by PRS’s patented Gen III tremolo and Phase III tuners with wing buttons the Custom 24 is known for its playability, versatility, and tuning stability.
The Custom 24 is outfitted with PRS DMO treble and bass pickups with volume and tone controls and a 5-way blade switch. DMO (Dynamic, Musical, Open) pickups were personally designed by Paul Reed Smith and the PRS New Products Engineering team. From our own hands-on research into coveted vintage pickup models to advancements in signal analyzation and “tuning” technology, these pickups incorporate every detail of pickup knowledge PRS has gained in recent years of R&D.
PRS DMO pickups have a “wide open” sound with vocal character, meaning they deliver clear, pleasant-sounding tones across a wide range of frequencies (bass to treble) in each pickup.
The Custom 24 is the quintessential PRS guitar. This iconic instrument was the first model that Paul Reed Smith brought to the public at PRS Guitars’ first Winter NAMM show in 1985 and has been a top seller ever since.

“One of the most important things for me in a guitar is that it feels like an extension of my body and that I can trust it and just do my thing. Ever since I tried my first PRS guitar, it’s been an inseparable relationship. With PRS, I feel powerful and confident — and that’s a feeling that once you find, you don’t want to let go of.” – Dany Villarreal
The PRS Astryx Limited Edition is a Custom 24 turned signature model for Dany Villarreal, lead guitarist and co-founder of the powerhouse rock trio The Warning. Known for her commanding stage presence, razor-sharp riffs, and dynamic versatility, Villarreal has become one of the most
exciting young guitarists in modern rock. Only 200 PRS Astryx Limited Edition instruments will be made in 2026. Every guitar comes with an autographed backplate.
The core specifications stay true to the Custom 24: maple top, mahogany back, 24-fret, 25” scale length Pattern Thin neck, PRS Patented Gen III Tremolo, and a pair of DMO humbuckers with one notable difference being the ebony fretboard.
“It has such a beautiful sustain, which I really like. The neck also feels so comfortable, and it’s not that heavy. As the only guitar player in the band, I love how my PRS takes up a lot of space sonically. It did wonders for our three-piece band.” – Villarreal
This guitar is an ode to Villarreal’s rise as a player and her journey toward finding her identity. The model name, Astryx, stems from the root word for “star,” alluding to divine guidance and a connection to something greater than ourselves. Visually, the guitar is personalized with a unique inlay featuring a sun on the twelfth fret, along with a striking new finish. Continuing the celestial theme while honoring her Mexican heritage, the inlay name – Solecito – translates to “little sun.” The finish, a beautiful fade of purple, pink, orange, and yellow, is named Ocaso, fittingly meaning “sunset.”
Dany Villarreal has established her identity as a fearless player and songwriter, blending technical precision with raw energy. This is her first signature model.

“When it comes to the tone and features, we did most of the heavy lifting more than a decade ago with the DG Custom 30. I‘ve really got to give it to Doug Sewell and PRS for how thoughtfully the DGT 15 was designed. Doug was very meticulous and creative with updating some of the features while remaining true to the DNA of the Custom 30. From the first time I played through it, I was blown away,” said David Grissom.
Designed from the ground up to rival David Grissom’s favorite vintage amps, the PRS DGT 15 is rich with character and feels alive under your fingers. From sparkling cleans to heavy overdrive, this 15-watt single-channel amplifier intuitively offers tones beyond the typical limitations single-channel amps can have. It is a versatile amp with all the magic of smaller-wattage vintage tubes amps but is fully applicable in a modern setting. The DGT 15 is designed with several highly functional tone-sculpting features to maintain balance and articulation through its many unique settings. Starting with a 3-band TMB (treble, middle, bass) tone stack, the DGT 15 also includes a 3-position bright switch, boost, reverb, top cut, and presence front-panel controls. But it is not just the controls, but the combination of the controls and control parameters that bring out this amp’s extreme functional versatility. For example, the bright switch can be set to on, off, or on except when the boost is engaged – so you can intricately manipulate the amp’s high-end. The Master Volume can be set to be on, off, or on only with the Boost. The tremolo circuit oscillates the power tube bias (old-school) and features speed and depth front panel controls to dial in to your exact preference. The included 3-button footswitch allows you to control boost, reverb, and tremolo at the tip of your toes. All of these features mean you can find your sound and shape your tone with the PRS DGT 15 amplifier.
“Watching David in awe over the years create beautiful tones with the DGT guitar and various settings on his DG Custom 30 amp inspired me to design features into his new DGT 15 amp to help you get your favorite tones with a tap of the footswitch. Along with the lush reverb and new tremolo circuit, this is one of our most feature-laden designs to date. Know that this amp comes to you with the most intense admiration and respect for Mr. Grissom and his music.” – Doug Sewell, PRS Amplifier Designer

“For me, the DGT Semi-Hollow has been a super versatile companion to my solidbody DGTs. The semi-hollow design has a bit warmer top end, a little less bottom than the solid body, and I can get more controlled feedback. I’m glad it’s officially joining the PRS lineup after a couple successful limited runs.”
– David Grissom
The DGT Semi-Hollow is based off one of David Grissom’s personal Private Stock guitars. It carries all the core features players love about the PRS Core DGT, including the wood selection, 22 frets, 25” scale length, the signature DGT neck shape, and jumbo frets, while adding the unique character of a semi-hollow body.
Equipped with custom-voiced DGT pickups and dual volume controls and push/pull tone control, this model delivers a versatile, vintage-inspired voice. The semi-hollow construction enhances resonance and dynamics, giving the instrument a lively, open tone.
Born from more than 20 years of collaboration between PRS Guitars and David Grissom, the DGT (David Grissom Trem) remains a masterfully refined evolution of the PRS McCarty: a player’s guitar built for pure expression.
