Features
Master
- Whereas the Level Knob controls the output of the overdrive section the Master volume adjusts the overall volume of the unit. Ideal for fine tuning the output on clean mode. It also serves as a DI level control.

- A Micro USB B connector allows you to connect the pedal to PC/Mac to load cabinet simulation impulse responses to the pedal and control various other settings.
Aux In
- This 3.5mm stereo input allows you to practice with backing tracks from e.g. your smartphone or laptop. Auxiliary input can only be used with the headphone output. With the Microtubes B7K v2 you get all the features of the original, with the ability to better sculpture your tone: on the low mids you have the option to change the center frequency from 1KHz to 500Hz, and on the high mids you have the option to change the center frequency from 3kHz to 1.5kHz. This will enable you to tailor your absolute dream distortion tone.
The character and core of the Microtubes B7K remains the same, still retaining the powerful dynamic saturation circuit of the B3K and adds a four-band equalizer and a balanced line driver for even greater versatility. In keeping with the rest of the Goodtime line, this banjo also features guitar style tuners, a rock maple neck, nickel plated hardware, and hardwood inlays.
Played with an old time style technique, the Americana is reminiscent of banjos from a period when larger rims were more prevalent which makes the 12” a great setup for playing old time music. Now featuring a radiused fingerboard! A radiused fingerboard is an arched fingerboard which you will find on most electric and modern acoustic guitars. This arch fits the fold of your hand better and makes it easier for both your left and right hand to play the banjo.
Curly maple wood, -06- tone ring, and flower inlays are the other key elements of the Deering Maple Blossom banjo. Maple Blossom is made from eastern violin grade curly maple, stained with a dark walnut stain, and adorned with flower mother of pearl inlays. When this individually selected wood is built into a banjo with the genuine Deering -06-bronze tone ring, 3-ply violin grade maple rim, and one piece zinc flange, the result is a banjo that is so bright, crisp and clear that every note pops out of this banjo with precision and power.
The Deering -06- tone ring produces a beautiful, balanced overtone spectrum. Its weight is ideal for most styles played on the banjo. A softer touch will provide you with as much sustain as you ever want, a sharper attack will produce a distinct pop and accurate note separation. You will notice no dead spots over the entire fingerboard. The Silver Clipper is the aesthetically slimmed down little sister to Tony Trischka's signature Golden Clipper.
The Silver Clipper’s nickel-plated hardware, acrylic inlays, ivoroid binding, and other appointments make it less expensive than its pricier sibling, but it is still a fully professional-grade instrument, and its basic construction is largely the same as the Golden Clipper. The Silver Clipper features a radiused fingerboard with two extra frets that extend past the neck joint, a beautiful honey-stained quilted maple resonator, and a mahogany neck, as well as tapered resonator walls for an increase in projection. Deering’s -06- bell bronze tone ring, one-piece cast zinc flange, True Tone tailpiece, and Smile bridge top off the Silver Clipper to make it a stunning, professional grade banjo.
