Ibanez’s Contemporary Archtop series was specifically designed to meet the demands of today's cutting edge players. Selected tone woods, outstanding craftsmanship, custom pickups and reliable hardware, are all elements carefully chosen for inspiring serious and experienced players.
The Back and Sides of the AFC155 are crafted with Maple. A Spruce top enables it to produce bright, pronounced tones while maintaining that tight low end. The 15 ¾'' fully hollow body of the AFC155 is capable of producing rich and complex tones and allows each and every note to resonate beautifully. The traditional single cutaway design offers increased accessibility to the higher registers on the neck. The maximum body thickness is 3 5/8'' for optimal tone and resonance. The AFC155 is dressed in a brilliant Jet Blue Burst finish that boldly exudes sheer elegance.
The AFC 155’s slim, set-in, 3 piece Mahogany/Maple neck features a bound Ebony fingerboard topped with 20 medium frets which gives this guitar its outstanding playability. The fingerboard also features Mother of Pearl off-set block inlays which cater to the AFC155's elegant appearance. To further accentuate its exquisite looks and overall performance, this guitar features all gold hardware including gold tuning machines and an Ebony bridge that will help keep this guitar perfectly in tune. The AFC155 comes stock with a set of flat wound strings to maximize that old-school vibe.
The AFC155 houses a pair of Magic Touch-Mini humbuckers that will deliver full-bodied tones with great articulation and a quick response, along with a 3-way switch and tone and volume controls. A durable hardshell case is included with your purchase of the AFC155 for the ultimate protection.

There is extra carving on the back of the body behind the lower horn for easier upper fret access.

Small body with sweet open pore finish which lets you appreciate more of the ovangkol woodgrain.
Smaller scale instruments have increased in popularity over the past few years, because not only do students seem to be starting younger than ever, but also the easy-to-transport guitar has become recognized as an excellent companion for the weary traveler. From the on-the-go businessperson who needs a guitar that can fit in a plane’s overhead compartment, to the happy wanderer just looking to animate his sojourn with a song, the compact travel guitar can be an uplifting addition to any expedition.
The EWP14OPN is a 1/3-size, steel string Piccolo acoustic guitar. Similar in scale to a Baritone ukulele (17”), the EWP14 sports an EW style cutaway body. The top, back, and sides are made of ovangkol, a wood found in Western Africa, known for its beautiful figuring and rosewood-like tone. An Open Pore Natural finish allows the body to resonate more freely for improved tone and projection. Other features include an abalone rosette, rosewood fretboard, bridge and chrome die-cast tuners.
To optimize string tension, intonation, and tone, the EWP14 is tuned in the key of A (A, D, G, C, E, A), up a fourth from standard tuning.

The Nyatoh neck provides a rich mid-low end.
A Walnut fretboard features a well-balanced tonal character from low to high end.
Solid Sitka Spruce top provides an enormous frequency range that offers wave after wave of shimmering highs along with tight mids and a full-bodied low end.
Sapele back and sides offer a full-bodied and warm mid-range and a bright tone.
The Walnut bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body, delivering a natural and warm tone.
Its thin, compact body and superior high fret access contribute to the superb playability of this guitar.
It has less feedback as there’s no sound hole on the body top. Fan bracing, which is commonly used for classical guitars, allows this guitar to have a warm and natural nylon string sound.
The sound port on the body side allows you to feel and hear the pure acoustic tone of this guitar more clearly and directly.
The combination of a narrow 46mm width nut and 400R fretboard radius offers easy fingering.
The Ibanez T-bar Undersaddle pickup accurately translates that full sound to whatever amplification system you plug it into.
