Cleo™ commands the lower end of the gain scale anchoring Blues, Roots, Indie Rock and even doubles as a hearty Boost, while it enhances, not covers up, the sound of your instrument. With sweet, open top end clarity and not too much saturation, it allows you to craft anything from a subtle boost up through urgent mid gain drive to harmonically-rich overdrive, all in the spirit of Tradition.

Now here are three exciting new hand-built overdrive pedals spanning the entire range of gain and stylistic spectrum.
Gold Mine™ tops the gain spectrum with soaring, smooth high gain that tips the hat to Boogie, but also includes a harmonic edge that’s borderline Brit in character. Not that you can’t dial gain back for sweet, subtle overdrive, you can, but the true character emerges as gain goes up and heavier saturation begins. Up there, a violin-like quality infuses single notes with saturation that blends attack and sustain with near perfection in pedal form, while keeping the emotion in your playing at the forefront of the mix.

Over 40 Years of Randall Smith's Innovation in One Amp
IT TOOK 40 YEARS of Randall Smith's experience designing high-performance tube amplifiers to get this much TONE under one roof and keep it easy to dial. More than a collection of amplifiers, the MARK V™ is a living history of MESA's® contributions and a tribute to the evolution of electric guitar tone.
The MARK V™ is really a collection of amplifiers. There are far too many circuits and sounds to think of it as merely an amp. It is also a living history of our company. From the groundbreaking MARK I™ that introduced the world to high gain with its cascading preamp, to the Mark II™, the world’s first high-gain Dual Mode Channel Switching amplifier and its later siblings that introduced Simul-Class™ power. From the MARK III™ that ushered in the era of 3-channel footswitching performance, to the MARK IV™ which gave all this power individual control, the MARK V is the embodiment of the last 40 years of guitar amp history.
THEY'RE ALL HERE: the MARK I, the MARK IIC+, the MARK IV…all these are faithful recreations that benefit from our decades of refinement and leave many saying they're better than the originals! More than our Greatest Hits, you'll also find some new Brit-inspired circuits here that rival these classic Boogie® sounds, and are destined to become iconic on their own merit.
9 AMPLIFIERS IN 1 WITH 9 PATENTS DEFINING A HISTORY OF INNOVATION
9 Amplifiers in 1: A lifetime investment. No less than 9 patents stand guard over your Tone, ensuring your investment will be protected and your amp will hold its value (MARK IICs and MARK IVs still sell for more than their original purchase price). Beware of imitators! Fine musical instruments never go out of style and the Mark V is no exception.
Like its predecessor the MARK IV—in steady production for over 19 years—the MARK V is an investment in your musical future. The 9 preamps and 3 power amps it contains trace their roots back to the beginnings of amplified guitar. Yet while their lineage is time tested, the performance they unleash is brand new and cutting edge. This collection of amps will propel you through any musical style and project, and band any era of your development with confidence and command.
3 FOOTSWITCHABLE CHANNELS, 3 MODES PER CHANNEL
3 distinct Channels present the 3 footswitchable sounds in a simple to dial platform, but don't let that fool you… beneath each set of controls lies another layer of performance. Each preamp Channel contains 3 distinct Modes that are controlled by a simple mini-toggle MODE switch found in the upper left corner of each Channel, which is responsible for the voicing of each Channel.
MULTI-WATT™ POWER
The Mark V features our popular channel assignable Multi-Watt™ Power that determines the amount (wattage) and type (configuration) of power each preamp channel will be coupled with to create a classic sound via independent channel switches. Any amplifier's sound is 50% preamp and 50% power, so these switches are responsible for a large part of a given Channel's personality and feel. The choices repeat for all 3 Channels and they are 90W, 45W and 10 W. Using the switch is simple: just select the power/feel you want for each Channel, keeping in mind that the greatest headroom, focus and authority will always be found in the 90 watt position.
ICONIC BOOGIE® 5-BAND GRAPHIC EQ
Each Channel is fitted with a mini-toggle to select the 5 Band Graphic EQ, but the fun doesn't stop there. The MARK V gives you the choice of two ways to utilize the power of the Graphic EQ for each Channel! The mini-toggle within each Channel (center mini-toggle) allows you to decide whether you want the EQ on all the time in that Channel, off all the time or activated by the EQ button on the Footswitch.
A separate set of mini toggles to select SLIDERS or PRESET for each Channel (located in the left side of the Graphic EQ section) allows you to select whether you will use the actual SLIDERS to shape your individual EQ curve or, a PRESET contour based on the ever-popular "V" curve. The ability to choose between these two options when assigning the Graphic EQ to your sounds gives you ultimate flexibility when dedicating the Channels. By combining subtle blends of the Tone controls with the EQ options, virtually any sound you can imagine is at your fingertips.
LEGENDARY SIMUL-CLASS™ POWER
Since 1981, Simul-Class™ Power has been the heart and soul of the MARK Series amplifiers, imparting its sweet, musical character onto any sound in the vast library of the now classic MARK legacy. The Mark V proudly carries that legacy forward with Cleans that shimmer with transparent layers of sweet delicate highs, while the bottom end breathes a warm fundamental under a bed of rich low mid ambience. Never harsh, always fat, the Simul-Class lead tone is the quintessential single-note solo sound that is best described with a human trait…VOCAL.
The MARK V provides access an unprecedented number of tone shaping features. At first glance it might seem a little intimidating but with a second look you’ll discover that it’s very intuitive, as each channel has the same basic features repeated - Once you know one, you basically know them all. Better yet, we designed the Mark V to deliver exceptional, fast and easy “plug-and-play” convenience. You’ll be amazed by the instant tonal gratification from each channel, as well as its ease of tonal “dial-ability” to find YOUR signature sound.
With so many innovative features, the Mark V may well just be our most versatile amplifier. Visit a dealer today and hear the magic of the MARK V, as there is truly no other like it.

Mesa Boogie Mark Five: 35 Head$ 3,899.00 $ 5,458.00
The Mark IIC+ is pure “vintage Boogie®” and based on the original Mark II (now called the Mark II-A) design, the world’s first “Dual Mode” amplifier containing independent performance modes dedicated to clean and overdrive sounds. The IIC+ model represents the 3rd generation of that game-changing single channel/dual mode layout and includes all the refinements made to that original format over its nearly five influential years. It was also the last model in its family, as the subsequent model would contain three performance modes and be dubbed the MARK III.
The IIC+’s single row of controls is shared by its two modes (preamps), one for Rhythm (clean) and one for Lead (overdrive). Independent, though still interactive, sets of gain and volume controls help optimize each gain structure while shared Tone controls handle the broad stroke voicing. Fine-tuning of the sounds is accomplished by the PULL SHIFT voicing features – some Mode specific – fitted to the simple controls and further shaping via the on-board 5-Band Graphic EQ. Though the “Q” of the individual Bands (Slider Pot frequencies) is fairly wide around their Center Points, they provide a surprising degree of surgical-level sculpting quickly and musically.
The Rear Panel of the C+ provides the important features that keep this amp as relevant as ever, 40 years after its initial run. Global PRESENCE and REVERB controls are centered for easy navigation from the Front in stage environments. A series, buffered Effects Loop provides a seamless interface for your time-based processing. The Power Select switch at the far right (left from the Front) allows for your choice of the full 75 watts of “SIMUL-CLASS” power for richness, authority, and max headroom or “CLASS A” for 25 watts of reduced power and low end along with easier, smoother power clip at lower volumes. One 8 Ohm and two 4 Ohm Speaker Outputs provide for a wide array of cabinet impedance matching. And though not a compensated Direct Output for Consoles or Interfaces, a SLAVE tap off the speaker outputs captures the entire sound of the amp – preamp and power section – to produce a non-compensated feed for IR Readers or external processors that might even serve an era-appropriate “dry/wet/wet” rig.
Out of production for four decades, we welcome back this icon and celebrate its impact on the incredible guitar heroes and timeless recordings they made during one of rock guitar’s biggest decades. The Mark IIC+ legacy is one we don’t take lightly or for granted, and recreating it in today’s world with today’s available components and rigorous worldwide Compliance Regulations was no easy feat. However, we are just as proud and excited about this iteration as we were about the first one that was produced for less than two years, four decades ago.
If you seek to own a legend, don’t want to chase vintage relics in who knows what condition, want the fieriest, most articulate, and nuanced Tone possible, don’t really need the galaxy-wide versatility of our Mark VII, and prefer a more classic layout and look, the Mark IIC+ is waiting. Be warned, though, once you play a C+, you may never feel the same about other guitar amplifiers. A bold statement, to be sure, but it’s backed up by 40 years of iconic Tone and the passionate faithful who’ve made it mythical.

In the history and lore of the Boogie® Mark IIC+, the HRG holds a firm and lofty place. While 75-watt Simul-Class™ builds surpassed both the Super Sixty™ and 100-Watt models in number during the original mid-80s Mark IIC+ production lifecycle, the original Mark I “HRG” format – Hundred-Watt/Reverb/Graphic EQ, or Hun-Rev-Graph – was always classic Boogie.
With bold authority, maximum headroom, tight-tracking low end, and detailed clarity, the HRG became a favorite of those looking for immense clean headroom as well as a truly commanding Lead voice. As the years passed and styles evolved, the HRG’s aggressiveness for “Crunch” rhythm work earned it a revered place in heavy rock and metal as well.
A Mark IIC+ HRG has long been the model of choice for virtuoso guitarist John Petrucci throughout his career with Dream Theater and various solo projects. Hence, this 100-watt model provided the perfect platform for the Signature JP2C we partnered with John to create for his performance needs.
With one of the most expressive preamps of all time and the mightiest of power sections, the HRG puts an exclamation point on the Mark IIC+ sound that is as exciting as it is unequaled.
If your dream amp calls for total authority, knockout punch, and undeniable character, look no further than the mighty Mark IIC+ “HRG.”

THE STORIED MARK IIC++, AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRST TIME AS A LIMITED-EDITION PRODUCTION MODEL
There are amplifier stories, and there are storied amplifiers, and in this case, it’s both! In 1985, at the request of Vivian Campbell and later Kirk Hammett, along with other noteworthy artists of the day who eventually heard them, MESA/ Boogie® made some modifications to a few production Mark IIC+ amps to achieve more gain in the overdrive mode and attain a thicker, heavier gain sound. These “++” designated IICs were done for the select few artists who requested them in the twilight of the C+ lifecycle and were never officially offered as a production model. The veil of time has made the exact number unclear; however, it is believed perhaps 20 or so of these mythical IIC++s were created during the original mid-eighties IIC+ lifecycle.
In the years that followed, some owners, hearing tales of the blistering tone and who were into heavy sounds, sent their C+’s to Tech Guru and Keeper of the Archives here, Mike Bendinelli, to have the “++ Mod” performed outside of production time at considerable cost. Now, we are excited to announce a Limited Edition build of 200 of these rarefied amplifiers in tribute to the music played on them and the era that spawned such great guitarists whose work therein has withstood the test of time and become truly iconic.
This new “++” IIC build has increased gain in the preamp, which affects the LEAD Mode only, leaving the CLEAN Mode to produce the same sparkling clean performance as the standard IIC+ production model. The LEAD Mode is thicker sounding in these “++” versions with enhanced low end and more top end gain, cut, and harmonic layering. Visually, the “++” is identical to the current production IIC+ model offered once again, aside from the “++” notation on the Chassis above the power cord (now a receptacle for removable IEC-approved AC power cables per IEC Standards).
Experience one of the rarest and most coveted vintage amplifiers ever, the Mark IIC++, in solid new form built by the same artisans who built the originals 40 years ago. These awe-inspiring gain machines have fueled some of the most iconic rock sounds ever captured on record. Now, you can have a chance at owning one of these mythical beasts and utilizing its “incendiary” gain and expressive power for your musical dreams and aspirations. Don’t miss out on this limited-time build of the infamous Mark IIC++!

THE SMALLEST AND LIGHTEST BASS AMP FROM MESA PACKS 350-WATTS OF CLASS D PUNCH!
The Mesa Subway D-350 is the ultra-compact champ in MESA’s Subway Bass Series and, at only 3 pounds, represents the smallest, lightest bass amp in MESA history! While ultra-portable, it still packs a powerful punch with 350 watts of Class D power – All from a simple, intuitive feature set that provides all the tone-shaping tools you need and nothing you don’t to deliver the tone, feel, and response that has made the Subway Series our most popular to date.
LEGENDARY MESA HERITAGE
Building on the foundation laid by our acclaimed Subway® D-800TM, the Subway D-350 uses a solid-state preamp coupled with a lightweight Class D power amp and switch-mode power supply to deliver heaping portions of world-class TONE in an incredibly small and lightweight package that’s perfect for home use and studio recording while still delivering plenty of power and punch to provide MESA-quality tone authoritatively and dependably for small and mid-sized venues, gig after gig.
ALL THE FEATURES YOU NEED, WITHOUT COMPLEXITY
The MESA Subway D-350 easily adapts for use with active or passive basses with the flip of the Active/Passive switch, while the Input Mute switch lets you use inline tuners silently. The Bright switch adds bite and sparkle to the tone and opens up the top end a bit more, and all the switches have LED status indicators. Separate Gain and Master Volume controls allow you to dial up a wide range of tones from shimmering clean to mild overdrive and everything in between, while the built-in fixed high-pass filter (HPF) blocks unwanted, non-musical, headroom-robbing sub-sonic frequencies.
The Variable Voicing control adjusts the amp’s response from a flatter curve to a more vintage curve by modifying and varying levels and frequency response in multiple regions with the turn of a single knob. The fully active 4-band Baxandall EQ features fixed frequency high and low-frequency shelving controls, as well as fixed frequency Low Mid and High Mid peak/dip bands for even more tonal control.
OUTPUTS FOR ONE AND ALL
When you’re practicing at home, the Aux Input and Headphones output jacks let you listen to a media player and your bass simultaneously without disturbing others. The Subway D-350 also has a USB power port for powering accessories, while the fully-featured balanced XLR direct output (DI) with pre/post EQ source, ground lift, and Mic/Line level switches are perfect for delivering MESA’s legendary tone to the front-of-house PA or your recording system’s audio interface. A pair of speakONTM jacks allow you to connect one or two speaker cabinets; the Subway D-350 is an excellent partner for MESA’s highly musical Subway® Ultra-Lite cabinets.
With its ideal combination of small size, light weight, ample power, and stellar tonal flexibility, the Subway D-350 is perfect for recording sessions, small to mid-sized venues, or as a micro-sized backup amp on tour.
