Reintroducing the Tobias Classic V. Tobias basses deliver exceptional clarity in the low end, punchy, articulate midrange, and sweetness in the high frequencies. Uncompromising performance and tone are what the Tobias Classic V is all about. Crafted from the finest tonewoods, the Classic V features a 34" scale, 5-piece stringer neck through-body made from hard maple and purpleheart, and 3-layer body wings made from walnut, wenge, and capped with a highly figured quilted maple cap. The neck has a wenge fretboard and 24 jumbo frets, a bone nut, the easy-playing Tobias Asym™ profile, and is equipped with Gotoh® tuners. A Babicz® bridge ensures exceptional action and intonation adjustability. Two active Bartolini® humbucking pickups, an 18V preamp, and Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble, and Blend controls, along with a Mid Frequency switch, provide all the control you need to dial up your ideal bass tone. A Tobias premium gig bag is also included.
